Climate Change Pledge Program
Development and design of a Climate Change Pledge Program concept which was identified in the Queensland Climate Transition Strategy.
The Queensland Climate Transition Strategy Action 5.3 ‘Zero net pledge and Talking Transition program’ aims to drive community leadership of Queensland’s economic transition to zero net emissions by 2050.
The deliverables under this action include:
A strategic communication and engagement strategy for sharing climate transition knowledge and showing community and industry leadership.
Establish a Pledge program (Go Low Pledge) to engage individuals, community organisations and business to make a public commitment to reducing carbon pollution and transitioning towards a low carbon future.
