The University of Queensland's School of Agriculture and Food Sciences wishes to purchase a XFe24 Flux analyser for present and future research needs. The purpose of this invitation is to obtain a competitive offer to supply, deliver, install, provide user training, a generous supply of consumables, extended warranty and a comprehensive service contract for this piece of equipment. The School of Agriculture and Food Sciences at the University of Queensland is developing capability in metabolic research, to enable researchers to engage in experimental studies that drive knowledge about production efficiencies in production animals and plants and a greater understanding of metabolism in wildlife species. The flux analyser will allow us to phenotype the metabolism of intact cells in real time and develop capability in mitochondrial research in general.
