For the purchase of creative services for creation and production of campaign video

The Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing require the services of a supplier to:


a) Develop for the Customer’s approval, the Life’s Best Moments campaign creative concept (hereafter referred to as the Campaign Creative Concept) for the ‘Life’s Best Moments’ campaign (hereafter referred to as the ‘Campaign’) to meet the Campaign requirements, as detailed in the attached Life’s Best Moments Campaign Creative Brief (hereafter referred to as the ‘Campaign Creative Brief’).
b) Produce (including but not limited to execution, design, creation, production and post editing) for the Customer’s approval, in line with the approved creative concept and complying with Queensland Government Corporate identity and Advertising Approvals, the following types and quantities of digital marketing collateral for use in the Campaign.

i. For each of the four identified target groups, outlined in the Campaign Plan, up to three (3) thirty-second video pieces suitable for Instagram and Facebook and up to three (3) sixty-second video pieces suitable for Facebook, equalling up to 12 thirty-second and 12 sixty-second video pieces. Each video to include the compulsory three (3) sec Queensland Government authorisation statement as per campaign advertising guidelines. The Customer will confirm in writing the final types and numbers of video pieces required after approving the Campaign Creative Concept.

ii. Up to Two (2) 60 sec, 360 Virtual Reality (VR) video pieces for use on social media channels. Each video to include the compulsory three (3) sec Queensland Government authorisation statement as per campaign advertising guidelines. The Customer will confirm in writing, the final creative concept and creative brief for the VR video pieces after approving the Campaign Creative Concept.

iii. For each of the four identified target groups, outlined in the Campaign Creative Brief, produce from the video footage, up to 40 high-resolution images for each target audience, for use in communication material (including but not limited to use on web sites, social media or printed material). In total, this equals 160 images. 

iv. Associated digital collateral (including but not limited to website banners, web tiles and gifs) required to implement digital campaign. The Customer will confirm in writing, the final types and numbers of digital collateral required after approving the Campaign Creative Concept.
c) If requested by the Customer, provide graphic design services for the design, creation and development of other non-digital promotional material (including but not limited to infographics, posters and signage) to be used in the Campaign in the accordance with the price agreed between the Customer and Supplier in writing.
d) Attend scheduled meetings (and as required by the Customer) to report in writing on the progress of the production and development of the services in item b.
