The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to engage a Program Manager (incorporating Quantity Surveyor) for the Cairns Hospital Improvement Program (CHIP). The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) are undertaking the CHIP and require the following services (in summary) to meet the Request for Offer (RFO) requirements to deliver the program of works:
Program planning and programming;
Development of scope of works and specifications;
Procurement advice and support in relation to the engagement of ancillary Consultants and Building Contractors;
Project management and Superintendent Representative services during delivery; and
Cost planning, estimating and cost control.
Important notice: A mandatorypre-tender meeting has been scheduled to take place at Cairns Hospital, 165 The Esplanade, Cairns meeting at Gate 2 at 3.00pm on Friday, 17 February 2017 (as detailed in the RFO). Registrations are required to be forwarded to the Contact Officer no later than close-of-business Wednesday, 15 February 2017.
