The Surgery Connect Program, initiated by the Queensland Department of Health is a patient-centred initiative which coordinates and contracts with the private sector to deliver surgical care for patients where there is insufficient capacity to provide treatment within clinically recommended timeframes within Queensland public hospitals.
Surgery Connect recently conducted a procurement exercise titled Project QuEST (Queensland Elective Surgery Tender) HPSPSC0002 to establish new contracts with service providers for the delivery of elective surgical services.
The Project QuEST evaluation period has now concluded and successful service providers have been notified. Surgery Connect wishes to thank all offerors who submitted a response to the Project QuEST Tender.
