| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Supply and Delivery of light fittings and associated equipment for the James Turrell Lighting Exhibition.
SCOPE INCLUSION: The project includes the supply and delivery of:
• approximately 1,500 light fittings (a combination of 1ft and 4ft long fittings from Philips Color Kinetics)
• Data Enabler Pro devices
• associated leader cables and jumper cables
• mounting track
NOT INCLUDED: This tender does not include the provision for programming and addressing of the light fittings, which will be tendered separately at a later date.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
a) The tenderer must be a Philips Color Kinetics ‘Value Added Partner’ (PCK VAP) in Australia.
b) Product and Public Liability Insurance
c) Workers’ Compensation insurance in accordance with the relevant act in the suppliers State of Australia
