Office Based Staff Solutions
For the provision of contingent labour/temporary staff and permanent recruitment for office based roles.
The SOA PTD007-14 is a Whole-of-Government arrangement for Office Based Staff Solutions covering the following services: contingent/temporary labour for office based roles; recruitment; and outplacement services.
Office based roles are generally within the administrative stream of Government. This SOA does not cover:
• ICT contingent labour (including Business Analysts and Project Managers of ICT projects).
• technical, operational and professional roles e.g.
o social Workers, teachers, police, nurses, lawyers, medical and allied health professionals;
o engineers, planners, surveyors, environmental Suppliers;
o unskilled/skilled trade and construction labour hire; and
o trainees, apprentices and graduate recruitment.
• professional services consultancies.
