For the development and delivery of leadership coaching, team workshops, engagements and 360 degree feedback process
The Central Region team are seeking support across both leadership coaching and team development workshops and engagements within Central Region for the 2017-18 Financial year.
- Individual Leadership Coaching – able to be sourced on a per session basis
- Leader and business unit Workshops –supporting team development, capability and skill building – dependent on individual manager requirements.
Ensure alignment and consistency across all engagement, work directly with Regional Leadership Team member on the scope and design of each engagement.
The DNRM Leadership Team are also looking to undertake a 360 degree feedback process. Process to include;
- Set up and monitoring of staff 360 feedback surveys
- Debrief sessions following survey completion
- Action planning & coaching sessions.
