The University of Queensland seeks offers for the supply of a solution to provide an accelerated deconvolution platform for high throughput processing of imaging data, as is output from scientific instruments such as confocal, lattice light sheet, scanning electron and other research microscope class devices. The solution will be comprised of a clustered high performance computational platform, GPU or other accelerators, memory and interconnects, designed to process data quickly, via various proprietary and/or open source codes. A traditional job scheduler will be used to achieve much of this. There will also be interactive computation and workloads run against the platform.
