The Department is seeking a contractor to be the primary agent to facilitate two critical elements of the Department’s overall strategy for delivering the NDRRA program of works, namely: • to establish a state wide program office to manage and support the regional delivery of the NDRRA program for the 2009/2010 event. • the establishment of regional program offices. TMR regions with a large delivery program (>$100M) will also require regional program offices established and managed by the state wide program office.
Note: that separate contracts will apply to the regional program offices and that the successful offeror for the State wide Program Offices will not be eligible to tender for the regional program offices.
The proposed project team should have five or six members.
