HomeStay Support service Brisbane North
Homelessness Program funding is allocated to non-government organisations to deliver Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) that assist people to obtain housing, maintain their housing, and maximise their capacity for independence, self-reliance and ability to connect to appropriate social and community support.
As part of the Homelessness Program, the department has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a value-for-money and high quality Offeror/s to deliver HomeStay Support services for people in Brisbane North for an initial period from 1 November 2017 to 30 June 2018.
The Brisbane North service is an existing service, and as such the successful Offeror/s in this location will be required to undertake handover activities with the current service provider.
