The University of Queensland (UQ) requires a panel of external investigators in place to provide services where required. UQ is committed to ensuring that all investigations, particularly sensitive occurrences, are dealt with in a timely manner and have therefore
identified the need for other resources to be available, should all internal resources be exhausted at any one time.
It is anticipated that the agreement will be put in place for 3 years in a 1 + 1 +1 structure. Extension options will be dependent upon supplier performance and results and will be assessed every 12 months. The University of Queensland, prior to each extension, may consider other suppliers for the panel at their discretion.
