| The extent of the work involved will be as detailed in section 4.3 and 4.4 & 4.5 below. Unless otherwise stated, prices shall be inclusive of labour, travel, accommodation, tools, freight costs, and equipment necessary to complete the works.
All electrical equipment leads including extension leads shall be tested with current tags on them.
Plant isolations will be carried out according to Callide Power stations permit to work system, OIC (Officer in charge) will be responsible to confirm the isolations to the work party members.
Tender submissions shall include the following information:
- Detail price breakdown for the works (complete Appendix A)
- Number and skills of personnel involved
- Work plan/ITP and job safety and environment analysis (JSEA) or Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)
- Schedule for programme of works (Gantt Chart)
