The eDRMS Project within the Department of Education and Training (DET) is tasked with upgrading TRIM 6.1.4 to TRIM v7.x in a disaster recovery configuration. HP TRIM is the department’s Electronic Document Records Management System (eDRMS) and is used to manage records in the department. It holds more than 2.5 million objects and has more than 4,000 active users across multiple business locations within Queensland. The current version of HP TRIM (v6.1.4) is approaching end of life due to increasing demands on its usage, which has exceeded the planned capacity of the current deployment model.
The primary purpose of the two HP TRIM Expert roles is to be the TRIM application specialist technical leads and be responsible for the implementation, configuration and testing of TRIM v7.x and its associated components in a disaster recovery configuration.
