| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Quantity Surveyor for the Atherton Hospital Redevelopment.
The elements of the redevelopment include the following:
New Clinical Services Building
• Emergency Department (including ambulance bay and services) and Operating Theatres including Endoscopy;
• Medical Imaging Department;
• Centralised Sterilizing Supply Department;
• Inpatient Unit;
• Maternity Department, including Neo-Natal & Peri Natal Outpatient Services;
• Mortuary; and
• Main Hospital Entry.
Refurbishment Works
• Inpatient Unit, refurbished to accommodate, Palliative Care, Long Stay and General Inpatient Services; and
• Outpatient Services (Including General Hospital Outpatients, Community Health Outpatient, Allied Health Outpatient and Mental Health Outpatients)
