The Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is seeking quotation for Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Nurse Call and Access Systems. It includes preventative maintenace, breakdown and corrective maintenance including fault detection for the Nurse call and Electronic Access Control (including Intrusion Detection Systems) and to maintain the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff and infrastructure assets.
These services specifically include:
• Nurse call Systems – Sedco, Austco, NIQ CarePlus
• Access Control Systems - Concept Insight, GE Challenger, Genesis
• Software relevant to the operation and maintenance of the above mentioned systems.
It does not include supply and instalation of new systems and associated software.
