On behalf of Queensland Government, Queensland Government Procurement, within the Department of Housing and Public Works (HPW) is issuing this Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a single whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Workplace Health Services to eligible Customers. Appendices are attached to provide the background and context required to respond to this Invitation process.
The focus of the ITO will be aligned to three (3) Groups which cover key Workplace Health Services. The Groups are broken into the following:
Group 1: Employee Assistance Services
Group 2: Employee Health Services
Group 3: Workplace Interventions
Suppliers can nominate to offer for one or more Groups under this Invitation Process.
