For the supply of services to review the department's Mining and Petroleum and Gas Financial Assurance Calculators
The Department of Environment and Science require a supplier to review and update the mining, and petroleum and gas financial assurance (FA) calculators to:
• Contemporise the third party default rates
• Consider and, where appropriate, implement:
o improvements recommended by the Queensland Treasury Corporation in their report Review of Queensland’s Financial Assurance Framework
o improvements suggested by departmental staff
o improvements to address feedback provided to the department about the FA Calculators during public consultation on the FA Framework Reforms in 2017.
