GST Review of QPWS Fees and Charges
The purpose of this investigation is to review how GST is applied or excluded to fees and charges required by A&A in relation to: 1. commercial activity permits; and 2. commercial activity agreements.
The review should determine what fees and charges are, as per the Goods and Services Tax Act 1999 (GST Act) currently:
a. subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST); or
b. as per Division 81 of the GST Act, excluded from GST; or
c. GST is not applicable.
