Review of the Office of the Information Commissioner
In accordance with Section 186 of the Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act), a strategic review of the Office of the Information Commissioner (the OIC) is to be conducted that will include:
(a) a review of the Information Commissioner's functions; and
(b) A review of the Information Commissioner's performance of the functions to assess whether they are being performed economically, effectively and efficiently.
