DJAG 488.1617 Stage 2 Invitation to Offer
DJAG, on behalf of the Coroners Court of Queensland (CCoQ), is seeking Offers in response to this Invitation to Offer (ITO) for:
A. the conveyance of deceased persons under the Coroners Act 2003 (Qld); and
B. the burial and/or cremation of deceased persons under the Burials Assistance Act 1965 (Qld).
It is DJAG’s preference to appoint a single Supplier for a Queensland Boundary for both Services A and B above. However, DJAG reserves the right to award Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA) to one or more Suppliers for one or more Services for each Boundary.
This ITO is the second stage of a two-staged Procurement Process. The first stage, the Expression of Interest (EOI), identified and qualified Suppliers who were interested in the listed Boundaries. This ITO Process is restricted to the Suppliers that submitted an offer in the EOI Process.
Stage 2 in the Procurement Process is seeking commercial information including fees for each Boundary and includes the selective Invitation to Offer (ITO) and direct negotiations as and when applicable.
Suppliers should note that Long Haul Conveyancing Services (known as Service C in the EOI) are not being considered in this Stage 2 ITO.

The price allocated below to the successful supplier for this boundary is the Total Value divided by 77 LGA Boundaries. All prices are approximate and there is no guarantee of a minimum spend under the terms and conditions of this Standing Offer Arrangement.
