Monitoring
Planned maintenance
Technical assistance and support, reports
DR backup strategy
24/7 breakdown response.
Antivirus protection for all BEMS network infrastructure listed.
The objective of this agreement is to maximize system performance and reliability by ensuring the BEMS network including all attached devices are tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, Australian Standards and industry best practices.
