Telehealth Specialist Outpatient Medical Service, Mackay
The Scope of the Agreement is the provision of an external specialist outpatient medical service via Telehealth delivery mode (video conferencing) to support HHS strategies to manage patients on specialist wait lists in Mackay HHS.
The Successful Offeror is to provide diverse and complex specialist outpatient medical services for Mackay Hospital via Telehealth delivery mode (video conferencing) and includes but not limited to assessment, treatment and evaluation, using integrating contemporary evidence based practice.
The primary objectives of the service requirements are to deliver safe and sustainable specialist outpatient medical services to allow patients to receive care closer to home, encourage potential clients to seek treatment from rural, remote and very remote locations from the North Queensland region and reduce the death rates for the North and Far North regions of Queensland
Offerors are required to set out their demonstrated experience, capability and track record in delivering safe and high quality external specialist outpatient medical service via Telehealth delivery mode (video conferencing) within a complex health care environment.
