The Queensland Museum (QM) is a dynamic, state-wide organisation that actively partners with and connects communities through compelling experiences, original research, amazing collections and a creative culture.
As custodian of the State’s natural and cultural treasures, the QM makes lasting connections, inspiring generations of Queenslanders to discover, celebrate and value our unique environment and cultural identity.
The QM website currently has a section called ‘Learning Resources’ that serves as the repository of all the Museum’s learning resources. It currently has more than 300 resources of various types, such as activity sheets, fact sheets, games, online learning programs, teacher notes and student worksheets, museum trails, video and audio.
The Board of the Queensland Museum (QM) has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of engaging ICT Services to build a new SiteCore Learning Platform to support activity developed and delivered through the ‘Future Makers’ program and to eventually replace the existing ‘Learning Resources’ section of the website.
The new Learning Platform must be available by end June 2018.
