The purpose of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to seek offers and establish a Panel Arrangement of pre-qualified and capable Consultants for the provision of Legal Advice for Insurance and Workers Compensation during the life of the Panel Arrangement.
The General Description of the Services to be provided under this Panel Arrangement is prescribed below:
*Provide legal advice and assistance to the Queensland Rail Insurance Unit in the conduct and management of the defence Personal Injuries and Property Matters (including recoveries ) claims relating to its Queensland Operations.
*Provide legal advice and assistance to the Queensland Rail Workers Compensation Unit in the conduct and management of the defence of Workers Compensation claims relating to its Queensland Operations.
