Warehouse Grinding Proposal
• Floor grinding by laser guided machine to achieve DM 1/Fmin 100 – Superflat specification.
• Scope of work to include - all aisles where Crown Turret truck could travel in upper level warehouse feathered into free travel area.
• Flatness spec to apply to full width of aisles between racking guide rails.
• Supplier to extract all grinding residue each day and deposit into skip bin supplied by customer.
• Work area to be left clean and ready for turret truck operation, at completion of works.
• Verification of flatness by floor survey at completion of floor grinding, to be undertaken by supplier and remediation works to be completed as required at no extra cost.
