The Department of Environment and Science (Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS)) is inviting offers from suitable building Contractors for the renovation of Nebo Base Ranger Residence at the QPWS Nebo Operations Base located at 318 Airstrip Road Nebo Qld 4742.
The property is approximately 100km west of Mackay and is accessible by sealed roads
The Contractor is required to;
• Undertake the renovations and new construction in accordance with the plans and specifications
• Install waste disposal system in accordance with the Wastewater System design documentation and decommission existing septic system
• To complete the works in accordance with all Drawings and Specifications.
• Be responsible for safety management of the works.
• Be responsible for environmental management of the works.
