The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services (QPWS), a division of the Department of Environment and Science (DES) is seeking the services of an experienced provider who can develop a 3D virtual tour of the inside of ex-HMAS Tobruk before she is scuttled as a dive wreck.
The the goal is to provide an accurate and immersive look into the decks of the ship that will be accessible once it is scuttled as a dive wreck, it is preferred that the product include both a 3D Dollhouse view and first person view.
