Offers are invited for the Supply and Dispensing of Spectacles, in accordance with the conditions of the Request for Offer (RFO). This Standing Offer Arrangement will facilitate Metro South Health Service’s Spectacles Supply Scheme through the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme for the State of Queensland
The purpose of this RFO is to seek Offers from Offerers who possess the capabilities to supply and Dispense Spectacles as described within this RFO. At the conclusion of this RFO process it is anticipated that Standing Offer Arrangements for the provision of Supply and Dispensing of Spectacles will be established, and that the successful Offerers would be engaged by Eligible Customers as and when they require the provision of Supply and Dispensing of Spectacles.
