| The Department of Housing and Public Works is seeking Proposals from Select Offerors for the Youth Foyer Initiative - Gold Coast for Stage 2 - Request for Proposal for Deliverable B - Property and Tenancy Management Services.
The Department of Housing and Public Works aims to procure an innovative housing and support solution, for young people aged 16 – 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on the Gold Coast and who commit to engage in education and/or training. A key deliverable of the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017–2027, is to create a pathway to independence for vulnerable young people struggling to find and sustain long-term housing through the Youth Foyer model.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks Proposals from shortlisted Expression of Interest (EOI) Offeror/s to deliver the components of the initiative, including:
- Deliverable A - Land and Construction
- Deliverable B - Property and Tenancy Management Services
- Deliverable C - Specialist Homelessness Services
This Tender release if for Deliverable B- Property and Tenancy Management Services for the Gold Coast Location.
It does not include information and documentation related to Deliverable A - Land and Construction or Deliverable C - Specialist Homelessness Services.
