| The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of onsite management and operations of the Park ‘n’ Ride (PnR) sites and a web-based booking system and contact centre for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. PnR facilities are part of the managed parking and transit strategy to support spectator movements to and from venues and locations.
Tenderers are required to complete and return a Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Deed Poll prior to being issued with the Tender documentation. Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Deed Polls can be obtained by emailing GC2018PnR@tmr.qld.gov.au.
All offers must be received by 2:00pm Friday, 21 July 2017. All tenders must be received electronically to Q-Tender at CN-7590.
Tenderers are to note that an information session is to be held on 6th July 2017 (time and location to be advised) Attendees must pre-register their attendance by emailing GC2018PnR@tmr.qld.gov.au by 5 July 2017.
