| Following from the Expression of Interest, you have been shortlisted to a closed Request for Tender process.
Queensland Rail seek to obtain Tender responses from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors.
The work shall consist of four (4) Separable Portions (S.P.) as follows:
S.P. 1 - Temporary Transom Deck – Design and install temporary transom deck which will enable Queensland Rail to undertake transom replacement and re-railing works for both Up and down Mains.
S.P. 2 - Permanent Gantry, stairs and walkway - Design and construct permanent gantry, permanent stairs and walkway and temporary scaffolding, water supply and containment system which will enable maintenance and painting activities.
S.P.3 - High Voltage barrier deck and walls - Design and construct HV barrier deck and walls which will enable Queensland Rail to operate trains safety and without any disruptions.
S.P. 4 - Platforms for Arch and Cables - Design and construct platforms for arches and cables and below components which will enable Queensland Rail to undertake painting activities for Stage 2 (arches and cables).
Fresh water Supply (Stage 2).
Containment system for collecting waste from painting activity (Stage 2).
