Children’s Health Queensland requires the services of an experienced contractor to provide design and construction services to refurbish an existing space to accommodate multi-disciplinary clinical conferences and meetings as their current area does not meet capacity requirements at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital (LCCH).
In order to create a suitable meeting space, the existing small meeting room is being repurposed as an office area, allowing the creation of a larger meeting room where staff are currently housed.
The complete scope of works is to design and construct a meeting room and office area within the MINM Department at LCCH as per the supplied drawings and specifications and includes the following deliverables:
• Develop from a detailed design the construction works to create a meeting room and office space for the MINM Department in lieu with Australasian Health Facility Guidelines.
• Provide Shop Drawings for review and approval.
• Building Certification Approvals
• Undertake Building works as per CAD drawings.
• Any associated works to Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical and Wet and Dry Fire Services.
• Provision and installation of Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment (FF&E)
• The proposal from Offerors is required to include a price with and without the Operable Wall
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 22 May 9am. You must register your interest 24hrs prior.
