The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Building Contract for the Hervey Bay Emergency Department Redevelopment.
The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:
Demolition of existing structures and landscape elements to facilitate new development, with the exception of the existing CDU (Clinical Decision Unit) building which is required to remain operational for the duration of the works until such time that the new Level 1 CDU becomes fully operational. Following the Completion of the new Level 1, CDU, the existing CDU building shall be demolished and the works in the link area and lift lobbies completed.
