Intensive, Secondary and Targeted Family Support - Stage 4
This procurement process will seek to procure a mix of intensive, secondary and targeted family support services in Child and Family catchments across the state. There are 20 Child and Family catchments across the state, serviced by Family and Child Connect (FaCC).
The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (the department) provides funding to non-government organisations to support vulnerable and at risk families to build their capacity to safely care for and nurture their children. This investment aims to strengthen the protective factors within the family to ensure vulnerable children and young people can safely live at home, and for families to:
• become stronger and more resilient
• have improved life skills
• be safe and protected from harm.
This procurement process will increase family support capacity across five departmental regions including 10 Child and Familly catchments providing vulnerable and at risk families with the support they need.
