| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Project Manager to the Rockhampton Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Facility.
A Project Manager is required for up to and including Schematic Design and Detailed Business Case, incorporating Programmer, Principal Consultant and Quantity Surveyor services.
The project scope includes the construction of a new 42-bed drug rehabilitation and treatment facility in Rockhampton. The facility will comprise of the following:
- 32 beds for residential rehabilitation;
- 8 beds for withdrawal treatment;
- 2 family units; and
- Capacity for non-residential day programs.
