View Contract Details

The Department of Environment and Science (The Department) is committed to the delivery of the upgrade to the Zamia walking tracks (Stage 1 Project) in Mt Archer National Park (Stage 1 Project). The Stage 1 Project is to be delivered by 30 October 2018.
The Stage 1 Project is the reconstruction of approximately 2 km of walking track in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
The complete contract requirements are specified in Schedule 1 of the attached ‘Contract Details’ in Appendix A of this RFQ.
The Department is currently in progress of finalising of the upgrade to the Zamia walking tracks in Mt Archer National Park (Stage 2 Project). It is at The Department absolute discretion to request the Successful Supplier to provide an offer for this Stage 2 Project, once The Department has finalised the design utilising the same Terms and Conditions of Contract as Stage 1 Project.
 This would be at the Department absolute discretion and depending on the following:
• The design for Stage 2 Project has being finalised before the Successful Supplier has demobilised from site at completion of Stage 1 Project; and
• The Successful Supplier has identified its willingness and capacity to undertake the stage 2 works (refer to Response Form 5.4 in this RFQ);
• The Customer’s requirements have been satisfactorily met through the Stage 1 works (taking into consideration the KPIs in the Contract Details attached in Appendix A of this RFQ);
• The Successful Supplier and the Department of Environment and Science can agree on the price and timeframe for Stage 2 Project. 
Note: The first three (3) dependencies above would have to be meet for The Department at its absolute discretion to request the Successful Supplier to provide an offer for this Stage 2 Project.
An award (variation to contract) for Stage 2 Project to the Successful Supplier would require all the above dependencies being meet.
