Develop a Regulatory Framework and Guidelines for the Water NetServ Plans
The Queensland Water Commission (Commission) requires the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to:
(a) provide technical assistance and advice to the Commission about developing a regulation and accompanying guidelines for the planning relating to Water and Wastewater infrastructure activities of the three SEQ distributor-retailers; and (b) provide technical advice to the Commission, on an ad-hoc basis, as the distributor-retailers develop their draft plans.
