Restoration of Fire Damaged Soil Laboratory in Cluden, Townsville
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the restoration of a fire damaged soil laboratory building in Cluden, Townsville.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
Replace fire damaged building components.
Removal and replacement of existing roof.
Replacement of fire damaged components relating to building services i.e. mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics, data, security and some laboratory test equipment.
Approvals and final certification for the project works.
Please note that there is a minimum requirement for a Certificate of Pre-Qualification rating of Level 1 or above. If the awarded contract meets the criteria under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, a Project Bank Account will be required.
A mandatory site visit on Monday, 11 June 2018 is part of the requirement for submission of tenders. Registration for the site visit must be completed by 12:00 noon on Friday, 8 June 2018 by email to cpo_tenders@tmr.qld.gov.au
