The Supplier is to review the Queensland Herbarium’s scientific advice on the remaining accepted development vegetation clearing codes, and advise whether the Queensland Herbarium’s recommendations:
• are consistent with scientific literature, and whether the literature relied upon is comprehensive and truly reported
• will improve the ability of the codes to meet the objectives of the VMA, particularly in regard to the issues raised in the Cardno report
• results in requirements that can be practically applied.
