The Department of Environment and Science, acting through the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) requires the services of an experienced contractor/s to undertake an expansion to the Magnetic Island Operations Base (Picnic Bay) including demolition of existing buildings and extension of existing shed, as per the Project Brief and associated attachments.
The Successful Contractor will assume the role of Principal Contractor over the site.
Practical completion is required no later than 21 December 2018.
