Queensland Courts Sustainability and Asset Management Study

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) is seeking the services of an experienced supplier to undertake a strategic study and analysis of courthouses in Queensland.
This project will culminate in an evidence based State-wide asset management model for courthouse infrastructure that will support and facilitate future investment delivering sustainable, safe and fit-for-purpose courts. It will highlight where certain pressures are being experienced within the current courthouse portfolio and give a clear indication where we need to invest to ensure that DJAG can invest astutely to continue to meet the changing needs of court users.
The supplier will present a Strategic Asset Plan, supported by a comprehensive infrastructure study, which makes recommendations and strategies for the most appropriate approach for Queensland courthouses into the future.
