Supply of Nerang National Park mountain bike trail Audit and Design
Nerang National Park is an extremely popular mountain bike venue within South East Queensland with over 300,000 visitors in 2017. The park has 10 approved mountain bike trails, totaling 20.16km with a further 45km of illegally constructed mountain bike trails yet to be formalised and approved by QPWS.
This project includes auditing all of the illegally constructed mountain bike trails within the park with
• recommendations to upgrade, re-route or close individual trails:
• design specifications to support/achieve such recommendations.
Any construction is out of scope and will be completed through a separate procurement process utilizing the Department’s Prequalified panel of suppliers.
