MSHPSU055A Oral Health Relocation Project
MSHHS is planning to relocate a number of its existing oral health services (and associated facilities) into an existing MSHHS-owned facility located at 97-103 Wembley Road, Logan Central (the Logan Site) and new premises to be leased at 228 Logan Road, Woolloongabba (the Woolloongabba Site).
MSHHS is seeking, through this Invitation to Offer (ITO) process, to engage a suitably experienced private sector organisation to undertake the required construction works at both the Logan and Woolloongabba Sites (including supporting infrastructure) through a Design and Construct style contract (as set out in Part C of this ITO). Whilst the Project is fully documented, MSHHS is seeking innovation and design and construction input from the Successful Bidder to improve the outcomes or reduce capital costs.
Sterilisation equipment has been classified as Group 1 Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) (and will be procured by the Successful Bidder) with a specification included in this ITO.
