Provision of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Services for North Shore State School
The Department of Education (DoE) seeks proposals from Pre-qualified Providers (PQP) to provide the Services described in this Invitation to Offer. In this document, the PQP is referred to as the “Licensee”.
North Shore State School is in the North Queensland Region which services a large residential area (including a large area of proposed housing estates and high population of Defence) and the surrounding community of Burdell approximately 17 kilometres from Townsville. The school has a current enrolment of 285 students in years Prep to Year 6 (P-6) with 10 students starting in Term 3 increasing the total enrolment to 295. It is expected that enrolment will increase to 700 over the next 5 years.
