The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Strategic Risk Facilitation Services for Integrated Resort Development projects.
The Supplier is required to provide the following services:
• review and advise on the risk management frameworks for program and IRD projects
• facilitate refinement of suitable objectives for the risk management framework and process
• plan, facilitate and report on risk workshops as per agreed processes and practices
• provide expert assurance of risk management practices and processes; and suggest improvements
• provide ad-hoc strategic risk advice as required
