Replacement of Electorate Office Multi-Function Devices
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissionss for the replacement of 97 MFD's located in Electorate Offices across Queensland.
The scope of this request includes:
the provision of suitable machines that meet the specifications detailed in Attachment A,
a five (5) year maintenance and service agreement for each device,
the provision for trade-in and/or removal of the current MFD's in the offices, and
the provision of installation and training services to electorate office staff in each office.
