Grounds Maintenance of Doug Jennings Park, GCWA Office and Amenities Block Cleaning
This offer has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide mowing, ground maintenance services and litter control for Doug Jennings Park. Moondarewa Spit and the State government building at 40-44 Seaworld Drive Main Beach for a period of 3 years. The successful Contractor will also be required to assist staff at the Gold Coast Seaway Sand Bypass System undertake certain tasks where time permits.
The contract will include a provision for an additional 2 years contract extension based on Contractor performance and requirements of GCWA. The contract rates will increase each year of service based on a CPI multiplier (refer Clause 5.16 of the Particular Conditions of Contract).
