QUT is seeking to establish a pre-qualified Executive Coaching Service to provide coaching services to management, senior staff and/or teams when a specific need for development and/or improvement is identified.
Executive Coaching Services will include coaches who hold relevant accreditation with recognised coaching associations (e.g. International Coaching Federation) or equivalent qualifications. Coaches may be required to address a variety of development and improvement needs. Some of those needs could be: interpersonal effectiveness, role transitions, leadership development, effective team management, strategic planning, change management, transformation of organisational culture and others. It is expected that the coaching panel will have experience across a wide range of industries and expertise in coaching people at all levels of seniority.
