supply of Wells Integrity Check

The purpose of the service is to gain relevant data for 53 wells that establishes the integrity of wells/bores for future plug and abandonment works to be planned.
To complete the service the below listed scope of works is required  (if possible due to well technical parameters):
1. Prepare Work Program for the service,
2. Prepare well for service. Bleed down the wells pressure, fill up the well with water of equivalent (or brine) quality than the coal seam water and conduct temporary wellhead modifications to allow for safe entry for the service delivery.
Att: For pressurised wells, there is a primary requirement to control pressure at the wellhead, which prevents the uncontrolled venting of gas and fluids during intervention.
3. Conduct falling head test to confirm/exclude the existence of fractures in close location of perforated wellbore.
4. Run Down hole camera to the bottom of each well to confirm wells subsurface completion, evaluate casing condition, casing sizes and depths
5. Run Cement Bond Log tool (CBL) to evaluate the integrity of the well/cement condition.
6. Run Ultrasonic tool or similar tool to determine any serious failures, such as shearing, corrosion and fractures in well’s casing.
7. Produce a comprehensive wells condition report which can be used in future detailed design of Plug and Abandon operations.
